We are looking for a senior Account Executive to join our team in the United States to help us scale our impact within the mid-market segment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and nurture relationships with mid-market and SMB accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, from initial discovery and technical requirements to implementation, adoption, and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans while maintaining accurate pipeline data in our internal CRM.
- Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and shape future feature development.
- Create engaging content and refine sales scripts to support the customer journey.
- Demonstrate proactive ownership by identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging your existing professional rolodex.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive.
- A proven history of successfully transitioning from an SDR or BDR role.
- Strong background in SaaS, IT, or B2B technology sales.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.
- Availability to work from our Palo Alto office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience in field sales.
- Practical knowledge of AI technologies or experience selling AI-driven solutions.
- Industry expertise in Customer Experience (CX).
