By guiding these professionals through their digital transformation, you will play a direct role in helping them grow their own practices while driving the success of our ecosystem across the region.
The role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in South Africa where you will act as a vital link between our company and our accounting partners. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, helping them reach key milestones, and ensuring they have the tools and strategies needed to thrive in an increasingly digital market.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, education, and growth of your partner base by developing and executing tailored engagement plans.
- Proactively connect with partners to provide support, respond to sales inquiries, and guide them through the certification process and initial client migrations.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity by tracking all interactions, leads, and partner details within our Salesforce CRM system.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated professional with a strong background in sales and relationship management. We value the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or Account Management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and experience managing data within a CRM database.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build lasting rapport over the phone.
- A process-driven mindset and the ability to take ownership of your partner portfolio.
- Familiarity with accounting software or the operations of an accounting practice is highly desirable.
