The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and execution-focused Account Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on, mid-level role perfect for a high-horsepower builder who wants to take ownership of the retail media ecosystem. You will be instrumental in driving our commercial growth, working directly with our leadership to define the future of retail media. As a remote team member, you will have the chance to make a tangible impact from your very first day, helping us build the foundation of a company that is rapidly expanding toward 200 team members worldwide.
A day in the life
- You will lead the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and ROI storytelling to technical alignment, proposal drafting, and final contract negotiation.
- You will actively build a high-quality pipeline by engaging in disciplined prospecting, attending industry events, and leveraging creative networking strategies to connect with retailers and marketplaces.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, utilizing your deep understanding of ad-tech and marketplace monetization to explain our technical infrastructure and demonstrate clear business value.
Who you are
You are a driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can turn chaos into structured innovation. You possess a hunter energy and a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- You have 3 or more years of experience in sales or customer-facing positions, ideally within B2B SaaS, ad-tech, or data platforms.
- You are a structured thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of navigating complex organizations and explaining technical concepts simply.
- You are fluent in English and have a genuine curiosity for learning about auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization.
- You are a team-oriented individual who prioritizes collective results over personal credit and approaches every challenge with a sense of urgency.
