We are looking for ambitious individuals to join us as we continue to scale our impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will take ownership of the full sales lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise clients within the social care and hospitality sectors. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive growth, build lasting customer relationships, and help shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial strategic prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with key decision-makers to establish our platform as an essential solution for their business needs.
  • Collaborate across teams, including product and customer success, to share market insights and ensure our offerings continue to meet the needs of our users.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is hungry, driven, and resilient. While we value specific experience, we are most interested in your potential and your work ethic. Key qualifications include:

  • At least one year of experience in a closing sales role, preferably within a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • A startup mindset that allows you to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly to change.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • A growth-oriented perspective and a collaborative spirit.

Location

This position is available to candidates anywhere, with a hybrid work model available for those who wish to utilize our office space.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is 75,000 USD to 130,000 USD. We also offer a comprehensive package of perks to support your work and personal life:
