What you bring
We are seeking a Lead Account Executive for a full-time, remote position. You will act as a dedicated hunter, managing the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to final contract closure. Your role will involve driving revenue through strategic business development while maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. This position is remote, though you will occasionally travel to our headquarters in Arnheim, Netherlands, and attend trade shows across Europe. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth through targeted business development strategies and proactive new client acquisition.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide valuable insights.
- Documenting all client interactions and sales activities meticulously within our CRM system.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B sales, ideally within the food and beverage sector. We are looking for someone with at least four years of proven sales experience and a degree in business, sales management, or a related field. You must be comfortable working with tools like MS Office, SalesLoft, Dynamics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Because we operate internationally, you need to be fluent in German and English. We value candidates who are charismatic, results-oriented, and possess a natural ability to build lasting professional relationships. Please note that you should reside in a major region such as North Rhine-Westphalia, Hamburg, Frankfurt, or Stuttgart, and be willing to spend two weeks in Arnheim for your initial onboarding.
