Als Account Executive übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein wachstumsstarkes Kundenportfolio in der Hospitality-Branche und treibst gemeinsam mit deinen Kund*innen die Skalierung ihres Geschäfts voran – mit den innovativen Financial-Services-Lösungen von LightspeedDu bist eine Macherin, die*der nicht nur verkauft, sondern echten Mehrwert schafft? Du liebst es, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu performen und mit smarten SaaS- & FinTech-Lösungen echten Impact zu erzielen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Mission als Account Executive:

Du bist nicht nur Teil unseres Sales-Teams – du bist die treibende Kraft, wenn es darum geht, neue Kund*innen zu gewinnen und echtes Wachstum zu pushen.

  • Du identifizierst echte Chancen: In Discovery-Calls findest du präzise heraus, was unsere potenziellen Kund*innen brauchen – und wie Lightspeed ihnen den entscheidenden Vorsprung verschaffen kann

  • Du pitchst wie ein Profi: Mit überzeugenden, zielgerichteten Demos zeigst du den Mehrwert unserer Plattform und führst deine Deals von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Closing

  • Du hältst mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft: Komplexe Sales-Zyklen managen? Parallele Prozesse orchestrieren? Für dich Standard

  • Du arbeitest eng mit SDRs & Marketing zusammen, um eine starke, prall gefüllte Pipeline aufzubauen – und kontinuierlich zu befeuern

  • Du denkst über den Deal hinaus: Du bringst dich in strategische Initiativen ein, denkst in Kundenerlebnissen und treibst so unser MRR-Wachstum aktiv voran


Was du mitbringst:

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Sales – ob als SDR oder bereits in einer Full-Cycle-Rolle: du weißt, wie man Deals closed

  • Idealerweise kommst du aus dem SaaS-, IT-, E-Commerce-, POS- oder Hospitality-Umfeld

  • Outbound-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht, du gehst raus und holst dir deine Deals

  • Du liebst den Kundenkontakt, kommunizierst klar und hast ein echtes Gespür für Sales-Momente

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit
