Role at a glance

We are looking for a Manager-level Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Germany, where you will drive direct sales and build lasting partnerships with our enterprise clients.

Your impact

• You will lead the acquisition and management of our highest-revenue accounts, ensuring long-term success and strategic growth.
• You will act as a bridge between our product teams and our customers, translating market trends and client needs into actionable solutions.
• You will manage complex, long-term sales cycles, providing professional insights and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of professional sales experience, specifically with long sales cycles exceeding 6 months in a SaaS environment.
• A target-driven mindset and the ability to provide qualified input on business goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or Pipedrive.
• Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Experience in retail, fintech, or payment sectors is highly valued.
