What is this role?
We are seeking a mid-level Account Executive to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the Netherlands where you will take ownership of our sales process. You will work closely with our business development representatives, marketing team, and implementation partners to convert leads into long-term partnerships. You will have direct influence on our success and plenty of room to grow within our fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Drive the sales cycle: You will manage the entire process from discovery calls and product demonstrations to final contract negotiations.
- Build strong business cases: You will analyze customer challenges to demonstrate the clear return on investment our software provides.
- Collaborate for growth: You will work alongside our BDR team to refine lead generation strategies and consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets.

To be successful in this role, you should be a results-oriented communicator who is comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Strong experience in sales, negotiation, and lead generation.
- A deep understanding of business processes and how software solutions can optimize them.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is considered a significant advantage.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to learn and take on new responsibilities.
