With over 27 million dollars in funding from notable investors like GGV, DCG, and Republic, we are building the essential infrastructure for compliant growth in the crypto space. Our global team brings together expertise from organizations such as PayPal, Amazon, and Thomson Reuters, and we are now looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us in a full-time, remote capacity to spearhead our strategic expansion within the United States.

Key outcomes

  • Lead our strategic growth efforts as a key member of our initial team in the United States.
  • Collaborate effectively with our marketing and sales support departments to drive business objectives.
  • Analyze the specific needs of prospective clients to develop and present tailored, client-centric solutions.
  • Take ownership of monthly sales quotas, specifically focusing on our investigations products for government entities and law enforcement agencies.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique value of our platform.
  • Proactively generate your own leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, and direct outreach.
  • Keep our sales databases accurate and up to date to ensure clear reporting on customer information and activity.
  • Participate in all required training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a sales role.
  • A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an exceptional ability to manage relationships.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a creative approach to problem solving.
  • A resilient personality that remains composed and effective under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to think independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • A positive attitude toward handling shifting requirements and unexpected challenges.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a startup or a boutique firm environment.
  • Background knowledge or professional experience in blockchain, local government, or investigations.
