About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact position reporting directly to our VP of Revenue. You will play a central role in our international expansion, focusing on acquiring new logos and demonstrating the value of our legal tech solutions to prospective clients. We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is ready to take ownership of the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to final contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by actively hunting for new opportunities and engaging with inbound marketing leads.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to foster strong relationships with C-level executives and clearly articulate how our platform solves their specific business challenges.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in high-level sales and a passion for technology. We require the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in consultative sales, specifically with a track record of selling to senior leadership and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proven expertise in the SaaS industry, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the legal tech sector.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools, including HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage software contracts, procurement processes, and formal proposals.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our international stakeholders.

Location

This is a remote position. While we have offices in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, this role is focused on the EMEA region. We have a strong preference for candidates based in the UK, though we will consider applicants located elsewhere in the EMEA region who can work effectively within those time zones. Please note that travel is a required component of this role for customer meetings and industry events.
