We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. PointCentral, a venture business unit of Alarm.com, specializes in providing smart home automation and IoT solutions for the Multifamily and Build-to-Rent sectors. In this role, you will drive new business growth by working through our network of Service Providers. You will act as a partner-builder, ensuring that our dealers are positioned for success while you manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities
- Manage the majority of the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution overviews, and partner introductions, while collaborating with Service Providers to close deals.
- Drive growth within your assigned territory by focusing on deep engagement with ownership and operator accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in Salesforce and coordinate with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical demos and RFP responses.
Requirements
- Possess 4 to 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the SaaS, IoT, or PropTech industries.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Show expertise in relationship building and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales processes.
- Bring familiarity with at least two of the following: Multifamily/Student Housing markets, technical sales execution, or channel sales models.
