What you'll be doing
- Manage the full sales cycle, including responding to inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and delivering tailored presentations that show firms how to modernize their growth and retain talent.
- Proactively expand your portfolio through outbound engagement, using tools like LinkedIn, email, and phone sequences to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring all forecasts and meeting notes are kept accurate and up to date within Salesforce and Gong.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS to small and medium-sized businesses, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding your quotas.
- A strong hunter mentality with specific experience in outbound sales and consultative, value-driven selling.
- The technical aptitude to master our sales stack and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Fluency in English and a location within the United Kingdom.
- Bonus points if you have a background in accounting, workflow, or project management software.
