About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position focused on driving our expansion within the China region. You will play a pivotal role in our growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final contract activation, while helping companies navigate the complexities of global workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including identifying and qualifying leads through marketing initiatives, partnerships, and your own outbound efforts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to new companies and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, legal, and operations, to provide a seamless, customer-centric experience while consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology sector, with a preference for backgrounds in HR or payroll software.
  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong proficiency in English.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing deals through outbound strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with procurement teams and senior management.
  • Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce is considered a significant advantage.
  • A proactive, high-energy mindset with a genuine passion for solving complex client problems.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
