About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position focused on growing our WX practice. You will be responsible for selling our comprehensive portfolio of services, including agile-at-scale, digital workplace design, and AI-enabled work management, all underpinned by the Atlassian ecosystem. We need a consultative expert who understands how to navigate complex enterprise environments and turn operational challenges into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, across our various service lines like ITSM and agile transformation.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline at 3x your quota target while utilizing tools like Salesforce and Gong to drive efficiency.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Atlassian sales and alliance teams to execute effective co-sell motions and joint account strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in selling consulting or transformation services, ideally with a background in the Atlassian ecosystem at a Solution Partner or ISV.
- A solid understanding of Agile, ITSM, and digital workplace strategies, with the ability to position these concepts within an enterprise roadmap.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline from the ground up and manage complex, multi-year client relationships.
- Proficiency with professional tools such as Jira, Confluence, and standard CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and a self-directed approach to achieving results in a distributed work environment.
