We are looking for a Senior Account Executive for Strategic Accounts to join our team in Sweden on a full-time, on-site basis. As we work toward our goal of helping over 1 billion people work and learn better together, you will play a vital role in growing our largest customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline by identifying key stakeholders within our existing base of 65,000+ organizations and turning usage into long-term business value.
- Lead value-based sales conversations with decision-makers, including HR leaders and C-level executives, to solve specific business challenges related to teaching, leadership, and meeting facilitation.
- Collaborate effectively with SDRs, Relationship Managers, and cross-functional teams to manage 25 to 30 active opportunities while maintaining high standards of performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a minimum of 18 months specifically in an Account Executive role.
- Proven expertise in outbound prospecting and managing your own pipeline, ideally with experience using MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.
- A track record of managing opportunities between $6,000 and $36,000+ ARR and a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset that prioritizes team success and mutual support.
