We are currently seeking a full-time, junior-level Account Executive for our SMB team. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, offering you the chance to hone your sales skills and make a significant impact in a rapidly growing, award-winning SaaS business.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the full sales cycle for small business prospects, utilizing both inbound leads and your own outbound efforts.
- Engage with trial users promptly to understand their specific needs and tailor their experience to demonstrate how our platform helps them modernize their firm and accelerate growth.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by documenting all activities, call notes, and forecasts within Salesforce and Gong to ensure accurate tracking of your progress.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role with a proven track record as a top performer.
- A strong desire to master outbound sales and adopt a hunter mentality.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn our sales tech stack and leverage AI tools to automate prospecting tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a friendly yet assertive professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize opportunities of varying lengths and depths.
- Physical location in Chicago, Illinois.
What we offer
