What is your job?

In this role, you’ll play a central part in helping customers discover the value of our platform. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to manage the most important parts of the sales process, while being supported every step of the way.

  • Take full ownership of key stages of the sales cycle: prospecting (including social selling), running engaging demos, negotiating, and closing (including legal, data, and security steps)

  • Manage and qualify opportunities using frameworks like MEDDPICC

  • Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Keep your pipeline organized and healthy with CRM best practices

  • Provide accurate forecasts with a thoughtful view on probabilities, priorities, and timelines

  • Stay in touch with previously engaged leads and nurture long-term relationships

  • Become an expert in our product and industry, empowering you to have consultative, value-driven conversations

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive team and company goals (e.g., OKRs)

Who we are looking for?

  • We welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life—if you meet most of the criteria below and this opportunity excites you, we’d love to hear from you

  • You have 2–5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role—ideally in B2B SaaS, consulting, or a similar field

  • You speak German at a native or fluent level, and English fluently

  • You ask thoughtful questions and enjoy listening to customers to truly understand their needs

  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with process improvement

  • You’re excited by technology and enjoy learning how things work

  • You care about people—how they work, learn, and grow—and are passionate about creating better workplaces

  • You enjoy working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment where personal and team development matter

  • Experience in HR tech, or fields like organizational development, people development, would be a bonus
