About the Role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in helping prospective customers understand the value of our platform. You will have the autonomy to manage significant parts of the sales cycle while receiving support from a collaborative and driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and social selling to conducting demos and finalizing negotiations.
  • Utilize frameworks like MEDDPICC to effectively manage and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined CRM practices and provide accurate, thoughtful sales forecasts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing position, ideally within B2B SaaS or consulting.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German and professional fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to process improvement.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a passion for creating better, more fulfilling workplace environments.
  • Experience in HR tech or organizational development is considered a significant bonus.

Location

This role is based in Germany and follows a hybrid work model.
