Role at a glance
We are seeking a mid-level Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. While this role is remote, you must be based in Dallas to be considered. You will be instrumental in driving our advertising sales strategy, working with a company that is as essential to real estate as Variety is to the entertainment world.
Your impact
- Prospect and secure new business across our digital, print, and live event platforms to grow our portfolio of local and national accounts.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and hit ambitious revenue targets while using HubSpot to track your progress and forecast results.
- Oversee the successful launch and execution of our premier real estate industry events while building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who brings a consultative approach to sales and a passion for media. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Three to five years of experience in advertising or media sales within a client-facing environment.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally with experience managing deal sizes between $10,000 and $100,000.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, digital media metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with event sponsorship sales is considered a significant plus.
Perks and compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 plus commission. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy the following benefit:
