We're looking for a senior Account Executive to drive new business for Spinify, a performance-management platform that has powered more than one million sales competitions and helps teams build high-performance cultures through gamification.
Responsibilities
- Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to design and run effective outbound sales campaigns.
- Partner with SDRs to qualify inbound leads and deliver engaging product demonstrations that move deals forward.
- Own the full sales cycle, nurture long-term prospect relationships, and consistently surpass individual revenue targets.
- Adopt internal tools such as Time Doctor to sharpen skills and support ongoing professional growth.
Must-haves
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story.
- Self-discipline and time-management habits that enable success in a fully remote setting.
- English fluency.
