About the Role
This is a full-time, senior-level position where you will proactively identify and engage with new customers to showcase our innovative technologies. You will play a vital role in the rapidly growing field of data science, helping governmental entities leverage our professional software to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own territory by identifying and engaging with new federal, state, and local government customers.
- Educate the market on the value of our professional products while managing sales forecasts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to grow our portfolio and share best practices.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with significant experience in B2B software sales and a proven track record of success selling to government agencies. You should be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and have a strong understanding of government RFP/RFQ processes and acquisition regulations. Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and VARs is essential. We value individuals who possess professional integrity, thrive in dynamic environments, and are willing to travel as needed.
Location
This role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, though you are always welcome to join us at our Boston office.
Compensation and Benefits
The hiring range for this position is $141,200 to $182,600 USD, which includes both base salary and commission. We also provide an annual cash bonus targeted at 10% of base pay, along with a cash grant that vests over four years.
