We are looking for a senior-level Account Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Since 2017, Forma has been working to modernize the employee benefits landscape by replacing rigid, one-size-fits-all programs with a flexible, global platform. We help companies like Stripe, lululemon, and Tripadvisor deliver customized benefits packages that actually provide value to their employees. As we continue to grow, we need a driven professional to lead our new business efforts within the small-to-mid-market pre-tax segment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle for pre-tax benefits solutions, including prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing new business.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by balancing self-sourced outbound efforts, inbound leads, and collaborative opportunities with our broker partners.
- Engage in consultative, solution-based discussions with HR and finance leaders to effectively address their specific organizational needs and priorities.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, with specific, hands-on expertise in selling pre-tax benefits such as FSA, HSA, or HRA products.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas when targeting new business.
- Strong proficiency in CRM management and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with varying cycle lengths.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
