What you bring

We are seeking a senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our outbound sales efforts, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, fintech, and value-based selling to drive our expansion. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading outbound sales initiatives by targeting mid-cap and enterprise merchants with significant annual turnover.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to complex negotiations and final deal closure.
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other CRM tools to maintain a robust pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and report on your daily activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with a proven history of success in B2B sales, particularly within the payments or SaaS sectors. You should possess a deep understanding of how to navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers and internal champions. We value candidates who can articulate clear return on investment and business value to stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, familiarity with value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDIC is highly desirable. We look for individuals who are collaborative, excellent communicators, and capable of managing long-term, multi-stakeholder relationships with integrity.
