Since our founding in 2018, we have experienced rapid growth, with hundreds of new merchants joining our platform every month. Today, we support over 19,000 merchants across ten European countries, and we are now focused on expanding our footprint in the DACH region. We are building innovative payment solutions that empower businesses and their customers, and we invite you to help us scale our presence in this vital market.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Paris, Berlin, Munich, or Cologne. You will play a pivotal part in our growth by managing mid-market accounts and driving our sales strategy across Germany and the broader DACH region. Please note that a valid work permit for the country of residence is required for this position.

Core responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts with turnovers between €10M and €250M, handling everything from initial prospecting and lead qualification to final contract negotiation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping them understand the value of our solutions while addressing their specific business challenges.
  • Represent our brand at industry trade shows and conferences throughout the DACH region and Europe to build our professional network.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in B2B mid-market software sales, with a proven history of high performance.
  • Native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
  • A strong hunter mindset, demonstrated by a track record of success in outbound sales and a history of being a top-tier performer.
  • An entrepreneurial approach with an analytical mindset, allowing you to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Prior experience in the payment, BNPL, e-commerce, or SaaS sectors is highly valued, as is experience working in early-stage startups.
