The role
We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in an execution-focused environment and wants to help us scale our upmarket presence across the DACH region. You will operate within a two-hour window of the GMT+1 time zone, and fluency in both English and C2-level German is essential for your success in this role.
Core responsibilities
- Own and drive net-new revenue by managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals with mid-market and growing companies.
- Lead structured discovery calls and consultative sales processes, effectively translating complex security and compliance topics into clear business value for C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate directly with our leadership team to shape our sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and product positioning while maintaining accurate data in HubSpot.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in B2B SaaS and a hunger for winning complex deals. We look for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of hitting quotas in mid-market or upmarket environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes in both English and German.
- A consultative approach to sales, comfortable engaging with CISO, CIO, CTO, and COO-level buyers.
- Strong self-motivation for prospecting and building a robust pipeline.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools like HubSpot and established methodologies such as MEDDICC is highly valued.
