We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive Mid-Market to join our team on a full-time basis. At Alma, we are committed to making commerce more sustainable by providing fair and balanced financial solutions. As a leader in the buy now pay later space, we currently support over 25,000 merchants and 10 million consumers across Europe. With over 380 team members and significant annual recurring revenue, we are scaling rapidly as part of the Next40, and we want you to help us grow our presence in the Benelux market.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts, ranging from initial prospecting and lead qualification to final contract negotiation and signature.
- Build strong relationships with C-Level executives by acting as a trusted advisor who understands their unique business challenges and demonstrates the value of our platform.
- Represent our brand at various trade shows and industry conferences throughout the Benelux region and the broader European market.
Requirements
- At least 24 months of relevant B2B sales experience in a similar role.
- Professional fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Proven expertise in managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong analytical skills and a highly organized, proactive approach to work.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Aircall, and Sales Navigator.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
