Account Executive, Mid-Market at Fleetio

You bring energy, focus, and a track record of closing deals, and we’re looking for someone exactly like you to join our sales team as a Mid-Market Account Executive. At Fleetio we build modern fleet-management software that thousands of organizations around the world rely on every day. We recently closed a $450 million Series D round and continue to grow rapidly, backed by a founding role in the Rails Foundation and a culture that rewards results.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market prospects, moving opportunities from first outreach through qualification, demos, negotiation, and close.
• Blend inbound leads with strategic outbound prospecting-calls, emails, and targeted campaigns-to build a healthy pipeline and hit your revenue targets.
• Deliver tailored web-based presentations that show how Fleetio solves real fleet challenges, then negotiate pricing and contracts that create lasting customer relationships.

What you'll bring

• At least three years of SaaS sales experience, including full-cycle ownership from prospecting to signed agreements.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts while also managing inbound opportunities and multiple buyer types.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, plus comfort selling to a wide range of decision-makers across organizations.
• Self-discipline with time management, a results-driven mindset, and the resourcefulness to ask for help when needed.
• English fluency and willingness to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
