The opportunity

As an Account Executive Mid Market, you will serve as the primary point of contact for businesses that have already discovered our platform. Your guidance turns interested users into long-term customers while shaping how the product evolves. In a quota-carrying role, you will own the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships across industries, and feed valuable market insights back into every department.

A day in the life

• Consult with newly signed-up businesses, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how Connecteam can become their central command center.
• Manage your own pipeline from first conversation to closed deal, consistently meeting monthly targets while collaborating with teammates on shared opportunities.
• Share detailed customer feedback with product, marketing, and support teams so that real-world needs directly influence our roadmap and service quality.

Who you are

You bring at least four years of international B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of surpassing quotas. You are comfortable working with CRM and project-management tools, and you thrive when given the freedom to prioritize your day in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, genuine curiosity, and the ability to build rapport at every level of an organization are second nature to you. Because the role is fully remote from Monday to Friday, you are disciplined, self-motivated, and excited to make a measurable impact while growing alongside the company.
