We are looking for a Mid Market Account Executive to join our team in the United Kingdom, where you will play a central role in helping our customers solve complex challenges. Key outcomes
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial discovery and addressing customer challenges to final negotiations and approvals.
- Connect client pain points to tangible business outcomes by positioning our platform as the primary solution for their goals.
- Conduct insight-driven, narrative-based demonstrations that highlight how our technology solves real-world problems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback to your peers and utilizing tools like Salesforce and Gong.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting while consistently working to meet or exceed your performance targets.
- Collaborate across departments, including marketing, product, and engineering, to share prospect feedback and influence our future roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Account Executive role with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing you to engage professionally with a wide range of prospects.
- A commitment to personal growth and a willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- The drive to master new technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality product demonstrations.
- The ability to thrive in a low-ego, collaborative environment that values transparency and teamwork.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience selling technical products within a B2B organization.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from 52,000 to 78,000 GBP. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
