About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead our Mid Market Growth efforts. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, you will design and execute our go-to-market strategy, acting as an evangelist for our preventive health solutions by inviting prospects to experience our high-end medical centers firsthand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive mid-market sales strategy with full autonomy to test, iterate, and scale our approach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, consultative discovery, negotiation, and closing, while positioning Zoī as a strategic wellness partner.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to refine our market positioning and ensure our offerings align with client needs.
Requirements
- A proven track record of consistently closing deals and making a measurable impact in previous roles.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to think beyond immediate targets to help shape the future of B2B health partnerships.
- Strong resilience and agility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Excellent cross-functional influence and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English.
- Experience in fast-growth startups, healthtech, or SaaS is considered a significant advantage.
