About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive Media Buyer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be a vital part of our sales organization, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to position Proxima as the premier growth partner for eCommerce brands and agencies. This position is perfect for a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to build lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle by qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and delivering high-impact product demos tailored to each prospect.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM management by forecasting deals accurately, tracking all activity, and keeping a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and collaborating with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Shopify ecosystem.
- A strong background in paid and performance marketing across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- A self-starter mindset characterized by grit, ownership, and a strong bias for action.
- A customer-obsessed approach and a genuine desire to help brands achieve their growth potential.
- Bonus points if you have previous experience working at a Series A startup or possess high proficiency with AI-powered tools.

This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model.
