Key outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor by cultivating strong, positive relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
- Drive revenue growth through the successful renewal of existing business, as well as strategic up-selling and cross-selling of our solutions.
- Maintain full accountability for the end-to-end negotiation, contracting, and approval processes for your accounts.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to navigate complex deals, including those involving multiple decision-makers or funding sources.
- Execute detailed account planning and coordinate with internal resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Proactively prospect and develop a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed annual performance objectives.
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce to support accurate territory planning and forecasting.
- Partner with Client Success and Marketing teams to improve retention through effective business reviews and win-back campaigns.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Five to eight years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of five years in an enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales role.
- A proven track record of closing sales, managing a portfolio of 25 or more accounts, and consistently hitting annual quotas.
- Expertise in account planning, negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with professional tools including Salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong business communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to travel onsite to client locations at least 40% of the time.
- Fluency in English.

- A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
