We are dedicated to helping our 2.2 million members make healthier food choices and achieve lasting behavior change through our personalized digital platform. We serve a diverse range of organizations, including employer-sponsored health plans, Medicare Advantage plans, and Medicaid managed care organizations. Following a significant 200 million dollar investment from TPG’s Rise Fund in 2024, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will lead our efforts to expand our footprint within the healthcare payer market, specifically focusing on government-sponsored plans to ensure nutritious food is accessible to everyone.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from initial prospecting to final contract negotiation, with a specific focus on securing partnerships within the healthcare payer segment.
- Build and maintain meaningful, trust-based relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers at target healthcare organizations.
- Take full ownership of partnership design and execution, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior sales capacity, with a proven history of closing complex, large-scale deals within the healthcare payer industry.
- Deep subject matter expertise regarding the healthcare payer landscape, including specific experience selling telehealth services, Social Determinants of Health programs, and services reimbursed through claims.
- Strong proficiency in project management, lead generation, and public speaking, with the ability to communicate our value proposition effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing deal risks and milestones with minimal oversight.
