We are looking for a senior Account Executive – Growth to join our team at Zoī. We operate at the intersection of deeptech, medtech, and wellness, providing companies with strategic solutions to improve employee preventive care and overall organizational health. In this role, you will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and take the lead on shaping our go-to-market approach for high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute our sales strategy with full autonomy to test, iterate, and scale your approach.
  • Identify and engage high-potential clients through networking, events, and thought leadership to establish Zoī as a trusted partner in preventive care.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including initial outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Foster long-term client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and deeper strategic collaboration.
  • Collaborate across our marketing, product, operations, and medical teams to demonstrate how our services boost employee productivity and business performance.
  • Share best practices with the wider sales team and propose innovative ways to disrupt the preventive healthcare market.

Must-haves

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably within B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • A proven track record of closing deals and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and identifying key growth levers.
  • Comfort managing end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to final negotiation.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing startup environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with internal product and medical teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and French.

  • Previous experience working in healthtech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
