What is this role?

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Belgium on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a driven professional who wants to be at the forefront of our expansion. You will play a pivotal role in building our presence in the Belgian market, utilizing our unique position as both a freight forwarder and a technology company to solve real-world supply chain problems.

What will you do?

  • Take a lead role in building and scaling our business operations in Belgium alongside a high-performing commercial team.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and cold calling to closing deals.
  • Consult with new partners to understand their unique supply chain pain points and present custom, tech-enabled solutions that add genuine value.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in the logistics sector, with a specific preference for experience in freight forwarding. You are a proactive communicator who is comfortable with cold calling and managing complex account relationships. Key requirements include:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry, specifically managing the full sales cycle within the Belgian market.
  • A deep understanding of how technology can optimize supply chain management.
  • A strong work ethic, a desire to grow into a top-tier sales executive, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Flemish is required, while proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
