The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who is ready to focus entirely on closing. This is a pure closing position where you will take qualified leads all the way from the initial discovery phase to a signed contract. You will not be bogged down by account management or transactional product sales. Instead, you will use your expertise in consultative selling to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and secure recurring service engagements with confidence and urgency.

A day in the life

  • You will manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads, ensuring every opportunity is brought to a successful close.
  • You will conduct deep discovery calls and craft compelling proposals that utilize competitor data and audits to win business.
  • You will take charge of the sales frame by identifying key decision-makers and consistently hitting your monthly recurring revenue targets.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B closing, including at least 2 years specifically selling agency retainers or recurring services. You have a background in prospecting, and you possess the consultative skills necessary to thrive in a high-growth environment. You are fluent in English, comfortable with modern sales technology, and you have a proven track record of hitting quotas. We strongly prefer candidates who have experience selling into the U.S. market. You are someone who values CRM hygiene, creates your own momentum, and prefers to let your results speak for themselves.
