We are Convious, an AI-powered platform that helps over 100 attractions worldwide, including zoos, theme parks, and historic venues, reduce manual work and operational costs. Our all-in-one solution streamlines dynamic pricing, capacity management, and marketing to provide visitors with a seamless purchasing experience. As we expand our footprint across the DACH region, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, taking ownership of the process from initial prospecting and discovery to final negotiation and closing.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach, networking, and effective follow-up on inbound leads.
- Provide consultative solutions by deeply understanding the unique needs of prospects and demonstrating the value of our platform.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the sectors of marketing technology, payments, or fintech.
- Demonstrate fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in both languages.
- Show a proven track record in outbound sales, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by resilience, creativity, and a strong drive to hit performance targets.
