The opportunity
We are looking for a forward-thinking Account Director to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be the strategic lead for your own book of business, focusing on expanding key client partnerships. You will be responsible for hitting revenue goals by creating consultative, insight-driven plans that align our marketing solutions with each client's specific objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will drive retention and growth through proactive relationship management and clear ROI storytelling, helping our clients succeed by leveraging our full portfolio of programs.
A day in the life
- You will engage with senior decision-makers across marketing, sales, and operations to recommend and implement our digital marketing solutions.
- You will proactively generate new revenue through a mix of cold outreach, personal networking, social selling, and participation in industry events.
- You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and research to building compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Who you are
You are a resilient and results-driven professional with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the digital marketing space. You possess a true hunter mindset, meaning you are comfortable sourcing net-new opportunities and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. You have a deep understanding of demand generation and are skilled at translating marketing trends into actionable strategies for your clients. Because you will be presenting to senior leaders, you are an excellent communicator who can deliver polished, professional demonstrations. You are fluent in English, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can pivot strategies to meet evolving business needs.
