Account Director at DEPT®

We are looking for a talented Account Director to join our Experience and Engineering team based in Copenhagen, Denmark. What you'll be doing

• You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships while managing their expectations and business objectives across various digital projects.
• You will serve as the essential link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication and high-quality delivery that results in client happiness.
• You will proactively identify opportunities for account growth, resolve potential issues with transparency, and prepare progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience within a digital agency and a comprehensive understanding of the digital product delivery process. We are looking for someone who understands how strategy, design, technology, and data work together to create impactful experiences. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect with professionals at all levels of an organization. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be ready to work from our office in Denmark.
