Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Account Director to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, requiring you to be within a commutable distance to our office for occasional in-person collaboration. You will serve as an individual contributor, reporting to our Group Sales Director, while working with autonomy to drive growth across our contextual advertising platform.

Your impact

  • Take ownership of a $4M+ book of business, focusing on expanding relationships with mid-to-large agencies and driving new revenue.
  • Execute high-volume sales activities, including prospecting, delivering presentations, managing RFPs, and crafting creative solutions for clients.
  • Partner with our cross-functional teams, including Account Managers and product experts, to ensure successful campaign implementation and provide strategic market insights.

What you'll need

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep familiarity with the online media landscape and an established professional network in the New York and Philadelphia markets.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The estimated annual OTE range for this position is $222,000 to $270,000, which includes base pay and commission. We support our team with a comprehensive rewards package that includes:
