The opportunity

We are searching for a motivated Account Development Representative to join our team and focus on the Benelux market. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role designed to be a launchpad for your career in sales. You will receive comprehensive training from our world-class sales professionals, preparing you to eventually transition into a closing Account Executive role. You will be a vital part of our EMEA growth, helping us build our pipeline and introduce our mission to new customers.

A day in the life

  • You will drive our European business forward by generating new opportunities through proactive outbound outreach, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • You will partner closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • You will maintain accurate and detailed records of all your prospect interactions within our CRM, Salesforce.

Who you are

You are a resilient and curious sales professional who thrives in a high-performance environment. You have a growth mindset and are not discouraged by rejection, viewing every conversation as a chance to learn and improve. You possess the following qualifications:

  • You have at least 6 to 12 months of experience in a sales role.
  • You are comfortable with high-volume cold calling and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • You are highly proficient in both Dutch and English.
  • You are eager to learn the ins and outs of complex businesses and possess the resilience to handle 80+ calls per day.
