By using artificial intelligence to combine relationship data with specific trigger events, we surface the most relevant opportunities for our customers. We are backed by $20M in Series A funding from notable investors like Craft Ventures, Uncork Capital, Battery Ventures, and Tiger Global, and we are currently looking for an Account Development Representative II to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all top-of-funnel outbound sales activities, including phone outreach, social selling, and testing new lead generation channels.
- Execute outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to book qualified product demos for our Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with campaign specialists and account executives to manage target accounts and ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Multi-thread accounts to foster internal conversations before demo calls take place.
- Measure and optimize prospecting sequences to improve response rates.
- Develop deep product expertise by utilizing UserGems for your own daily prospecting tasks.
Must-haves
- At least six months of experience in a similar sales role.
- A proven track record of consistently hitting your sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social platforms.
- Ability to discuss business value and ROI with prospective clients.
- A highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
- Fluency in English.

The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 USD, with on-target annual earnings of $80,000 USD.
