What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level Account Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, working in a hybrid capacity within the United States. This role is essential for managing our pre and post-sale workflows, ensuring that every deal moves smoothly from the initial pitch to final campaign delivery. You will be the glue that holds our cross-functional teams together, focusing on revenue growth, sales support, and project management.
- You will partner with our sales team to develop custom pitch decks for deals under $175K and maintain high-quality sales templates for our luxury categories.
- You will take ownership of the end-to-end internal workflow for deal budgeting, ensuring that media plans align with both client goals and our internal margin requirements.
- You will manage critical administrative and operational tasks, including IO management, campaign execution, and coordinating complex reporting schedules with our international partners.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree and two to three years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the media, marketing, or account management industries. We value candidates who possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of our organization. You must be highly organized, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting tight deadlines is the norm. A creative approach to problem-solving and a proactive, self-driven mentality are vital for navigating our complex sales landscape. Fluency in English is required to ensure clear collaboration with our global and internal teams.
