At Consensus, we are transforming the way buyers and sellers interact through our innovative Product Experience Platform. We are looking for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to join our remote-first team and help us scale our impact by crafting personalized strategies that resonate with our most important accounts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive account-based marketing plans that align closely with our sales goals.
Manage the full lifecycle of ABM initiatives, from identifying key decision-makers to executing personalized outreach, email nurtures, and custom content.
Partner with our content and buyer enablement teams to produce high-quality, tailored assets for webinars, digital ads, and events.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to build performance dashboards, track campaign effectiveness, and use data to refine our approach.
Optimize our use of intent data and leverage AI tools to scale productivity and increase the efficiency of our marketing efforts.
Oversee budgets and resources to ensure our initiatives deliver maximum return on investment.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or account-based marketing roles.
A proven history of building and executing successful strategies that generate pipeline and increase brand awareness.
Hands-on experience with account-based marketing software, such as 6Sense.
Proficiency in managing CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, creative mindset.
Fluency in English.
