We are Cribl, the data engine trusted by many of the largest IT and security organizations. We are hiring an Account Based Marketing Manager to lead targeted campaigns that turn intent data into high-propensity pipeline and strengthen alignment between Marketing and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Continuously refine our account-based activation strategy to increase pipeline impact, ROI, and cross-team coordination.
- Serve as the primary 6sense partner for go-to-market teams, delivering enablement, custom materials, and ongoing support that drives adoption and measurable sales results.
- Build and maintain 6sense segments that feed account-based programs across Marketing functions.
- Champion the account funnel by surfacing insights to Regional Marketing and Sales, then translating those insights into targeted campaigns and account cohorts worldwide.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create content and coordinate execution across channel owners.
- Develop hyper-personalized campaigns at scale, exploring generative AI and automated orchestration where they add value.
- Partner with Web and Demand teams to implement account-based personalization on our digital properties.
- Own reporting for all account-based activities and evolve success models as new tools and tactics emerge.
- Provide day-to-day 6sense support to Sales users and optimize alerts in partnership with Marketing Operations.
Must-haves
- Seven or more years of digital and account-based marketing experience, including at least four years in a B2B software company serving large enterprise IT, Security, or DevOps buyers.
- Proven success running account-based campaigns that use segmentation and intent data to generate pipeline.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with 6sense.
- Strong analytical skills and a consistent record of using data to optimize performance and guide future plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and budget oversight abilities.
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a remote, multi-time-zone environment.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced settings where priorities shift and clarity must be created from ambiguity.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with additional intent-data platforms such as TechTarget Priority Engine, Bombora, Qualified, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on Salesforce reporting experience.
