The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to help drive the expansion and upsell of our existing customer base. You will report to our Manager of Demand Generation and play a vital role in supporting our sales motion. By designing and executing account-centric programs, you will help translate strategy into pipeline, improve conversion rates across the funnel, and increase deal sizes. This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to contribute to our global growth from anywhere.
A day in the life
- You will develop and refine our global approach to account-based marketing by defining key performance indicators, channel strategies, and systems for measuring success.
- You will deploy multi-channel campaigns by aligning internal stakeholders, managing project timelines, and crafting personalized strategies that resonate with target accounts.
- You will analyze the data and ROI of your programs to iterate on tactics, applying an experimentation mindset to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.
Who you are
You are a data-driven and deeply collaborative marketer who enjoys working closely with sales teams to ensure processes are aligned. You have a knack for using modern technology to enable personalized targeting throughout the buyer journey.
- You have at least 4 years of experience working on pipeline-generating marketing teams.
- You have a proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale marketing programs that deliver measurable results.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to establish alignment among a diverse group of stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and have a strong, collaborative communication style.
- Familiarity with product-led growth sales personas is highly valued.
