Responsibilities
- Design and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that directly support sales goals and move decision-makers through the buyer’s journey.
- Lead account selection, research, and planning, then coordinate execution across email, web, personalized advertising, intent data, and events.
- Shape buyer personas and craft messaging that speaks to each persona’s challenges and desired outcomes.
- Align stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales around integrated account-activation plans.
- Work with content teams to customize campaigns and deliver tailored thought leadership.
- Track KPIs across every tactic, spot opportunities for improvement, and keep programs performing at a high level.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of ABM or Field Marketing experience in a B2B setting.
- Proven success running integrated campaigns that include webinars, digital advertising, and social media.
- Strong understanding of the technology sales cycle and how to use marketing to nurture and engage prospects.
- Excellent project-management skills.
- Collaborative approach with a track record of building strong relationships across marketing and sales teams.
- Fluency in English.
