About the Role
We are looking for an Access Control Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This mid-level position is dedicated to the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of our global enterprise access control systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring the security and operational integrity of our physical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance and maintenance of security badges for staff, contractors, and guests while ensuring all access terminations align with established security policies.
- Monitor critical system alerts and maintain system datasets, which includes generating reports and communicating effectively with stakeholders during security incidents.
- Assist in the planning, installation, and troubleshooting of CCTV and physical security systems while providing guidance to the League and our Clubs on technology and procedure development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A degree, or current progress toward one, in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with industry-leading surveillance and access control technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP networks, Ethernet, LAN/WAN protocols, and server environments.
- Familiarity with door hardware, mechanical locking devices, and relevant building codes regarding fire and electrical safety.
- Project management experience is highly preferred, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, or $30 to $38 per hour. Please note that the final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your specific work experience, educational background, and relevant skill set.
