ACAS Systems Engineer/Architect at Agile Defense

We are Agile Defense, and we are looking for a highly skilled ACAS Systems Engineer/Architect to join our team in Fort Shafter, Oahu. Our organization provides critical cybersecurity and network technology services to the Army Contracting Command INSCOM division. You will play a vital role in sustaining the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution and supporting the virtual infrastructure for the Army Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System and the INSCOM Military Intelligence domains. This is an on-site, full-time position that requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access.

What you'll be doing

• You will serve as a subject matter expert to maintain and sustain ACAS Security Centers and scanners, ensuring they are upgraded to the latest versions approved by the DISA ACAS program.
• You will manage the full lifecycle of the ACAS architecture, which includes developing disaster recovery plans, performing corrective actions during system failures, and ensuring all vulnerability data is consolidated into a single enterprise security center.
• You will act as a technical lead for compliance management by developing automated dashboards and reports, completing RMF accreditation documentation, and training cybersecurity analysts on best practices for system monitoring and scanning.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in systems engineering and cybersecurity. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of direct, hands-on experience with ACAS.
• An active IAT II baseline certification, such as Security+, along with a relevant computing environment certification.
• A Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) credential.
• A Tenable Security Center 5.x certification or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience.
• One additional specialized certification relevant to the scope of our work.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to lead technical execution within a team environment.
