What you bring
We are looking for a Senior ABM Manager to lead digital advertising and account-based marketing initiatives on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role you will develop and run integrated campaigns that combine digital advertising, email, webinars, and events to engage target accounts and accelerate pipeline. You will work with Product and Product Marketing teams to refine messaging for our ideal customer profile, partner with the Campaigns team to create supporting assets, and collaborate with Performance Marketing to allocate digital spend across the buyer journey. The position is based in London, England.
- Strategize and execute ABM programs that use digital advertising, email campaigns, webinars, and events to attract and convert target accounts.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to test value-based messaging and determine which messages resonate most with target audiences.
- Work with the Campaigns team to develop thought leadership content, case studies, and other assets that support ABM initiatives.
Requirements
You bring five to seven years of experience running B2B software marketing programs and a proven record of owning or significantly contributing to ABM strategy and digital advertising campaigns. You have executed paid media strategies on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, and you are comfortable using an ABM platform such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus to segment audiences and measure account-level engagement. Proficiency with Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce is essential, along with strong budgeting, time-management, and written and verbal communication skills. We value strategic thinkers who generate creative ideas, manage multiple projects at once, and thrive as self-starters in a fast-paced environment. The ability to coordinate contractors, collaborate across teams, and maintain productive relationships with prospects and clients will help you succeed. We conduct business in English.
