The role

We are hiring an ABM & Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time, remote basis. This mid-level position reports to the VP of Marketing and focuses on building and scaling account-based, field, partner, and event programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue.

Core responsibilities

  • Design and run 1:many and 1:few ABM programs in close partnership with Sales, creating personalized, multi-touch campaigns that accelerate deals and expand strategic accounts.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of field and event programs-including trade shows, hosted events, executive dinners, roadshows, and virtual events-while managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event follow-up to measure ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives with partners, coordinating joint events, webinars, sponsorships, and campaigns that generate partner-sourced pipeline and strengthen field enablement.

Skills and experience

You bring 4–7 years of B2B experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, ideally within SaaS. You have owned events and field programs from strategy through execution, understand ABM principles, and have run multi-touch campaigns that Sales and Partnerships rely on to drive pipeline. You are highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple programs, and data-driven in measuring and communicating results. Experience with marketing-automation platforms, CRM systems, and ABM tools is helpful, as is prior work in commerce, retail, logistics, or supply-chain markets or within a startup or high-growth environment. You are prepared to travel for events, typically 20–30 percent of the time, and you communicate clearly in English.
